These terms apply to all orders placed through knosion.net.

2. Prices and products

All prices are shown in [EUR] and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We take care to display our garments accurately; minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and the nature of fabrics and dye lots. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding.

3. Orders and contract

An order is placed by completing the checkout. The purchase agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability; any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed after payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated processing and delivery times are stated on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not binding deadlines; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help you track and resolve a delayed shipment. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal (returns)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by email at info@knosion.net, and return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. We refund the full purchase amount, including original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return shipment, using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

7. Legal guarantee (conformity)

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us at mingijo@knosion.net; we will offer repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law. This legal guarantee applies independently of the right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual property

All content on knosion.net — including designs, garments, images, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of KNOSION and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

10. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us at info@knosion.net and we will respond within 14 days and work with you toward a resolution. These terms and all agreements with KNOSION are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands; consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.

We may amend these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order
