KNOSION respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through knosion.net, why we collect it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

KNOSION is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we collect and why
Orders: When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details. We use this to process and deliver your order, handle returns, and comply with legal obligations (legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation).
Payments: Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details; our providers process these under their own privacy policies.
Customer service: When you contact us by email or through the website, we process your name, contact details, and the content of your message to respond to you.
Newsletter / interest list: If you sign up for our mailing list, we process your email address to send you updates about collections, launches, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Website analytics and cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website function, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used.
3. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where necessary to run the store.
We do not sell personal data. Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data: 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention obligation)
- Customer service correspondence: up to 2 years after resolution
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@knosion.net. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
6. Cookies
Essential cookies (cart, checkout, session) are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie banner. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
