Yes. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged on arrival. Tracking is shared once the parcel leaves the studio.
If the order has not yet been packed, write to us with the order number. Once it is in transit we cannot redirect or cancel it, though the return process remains available on arrival.
Garments
Follow the care label on each garment. Most pieces prefer a cool wash, low agitation and time to dry in shade. Precision in fabrication is easier to keep than to restore.
Each collection is a concise system of silhouettes rather than a seasonal drop of many SKUs. Pieces are meant to be worn repeatedly and read differently over time.
Measurements and a short fit note sit on every product. If you are between sizes, the more generous cut is usually the more faithful one. Write to us if you need a second opinion before ordering.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Send the order number and the pieces you wish to send back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the garments have been inspected.
